Learning / (being) trained, working remotely is a human challenge that is associated with information technologies. It is a digital experience whose prejudices must be overcome to appreciate all its richness, differences and real value. How to take advantage of technology and put people at the heart of the thinking?

The actors present in the skills development chain: training centers (professional included) and companies of all sizes, live this great challenge to better support their learners / their employees on a daily basis with these issues of goodwill and trust that the remote relationships bring.
My experience acquired as a manager within a large industrial group of: management of IT teams, intercultural travel, professional transfers, management of organizational transformation / HR program (..) and personally developed as an entrepreneur: co-creation of the remote learning center "Artline Institute" reinforced this conviction: Any experience, whether professional or personal, mobilizes knowledge and skills which deserve to be fully valued.
With the creation of Upskilling, I wanted to offer an organizational mechanism allowing each of these actors to develop the skills of :
- Relying on a long-term support from a business partner to design relevant and adjusted continuous learning environments and organizations / training paths, company operational academies, training centers (...);
- Benefit from the change of perspective and increase its potential for technological innovation by digitally linking the world of education and that of business;
- Integrate a community of client partners, actors, who pool their strength in order to act on the development and fair valuation of skills.
"Pilot your skills, create your future", this is our "WHY", our corporate purpose and what motivates us on a daily basis. I share and unite this conviction within Upskilling: the greatest success of an organizational or personal transformation necessarily requires better control of the skills development of one's organization, for a third party or for oneself.
Upskilling is building with its partner clients the tools of tomorrow to contribute to the challenges of employability and the fair valuation of skills, offering itself an unexpected potential for innovation by increasing the sharing of experience from different backgrounds.
Upskilling thus comes to propose itself as a key player in its next years of skills management for the benefit of all.
