Q: How do you manage the daily life of the training center?

A: "Our priority is to support our young people: to quickly give them the tools and levers to experience the L'industreet's way of learning and with the greatest autonomy. 4 key issues underpin our individualized pedagogy :

1 - Proximity : Appreciate at any time where our learners are in their acquisition of skills moment to guide them towards the next stages of their training course.

2 - Practice : We mainly guarantee learning at its best way by practicing and mentoring.

3 - Pleasure : Take pleasure to respond to the wishes of our young people who discover and get discovered every day: they can reorient themselves within our training center with ease.

4 - Respect and safety : Secure and respect the rules, especially the sanitary rules, to keep our school alive and fluid : we have movement in our rooms every day!
These issues are not unique to L’Industreet; they are easily found in the professional world where managers must, in particular, support each member of their team on a daily basis.

This is not trivial, we want to offer a framework, an environment close to the world of work in order to facilitate the integration of our future industry professionals."

Q: How does the UpSkilling Skillpilot solution respond to these challenges and bring you value in your daily life?

A: “Skillpilot is a complete management platform for an academy,

it allows us to manage everything: skills engineering, training courses, content management, document management, trainee area, training area ....

As a partner company we have the opportunity to support and influence the solution's development roadmap and we are delighted.

I would also like to thank the UpSkilling team for their listening, their flexibility, which allowed us to provide new, very innovative features that fit perfectly into our educational model. The "project mode" is a module that allows you to follow the progress of interns who navigate from project to project depending on their acquisition. Their assignment can change at any time: we validate the passage of interns from project to project according to their results and acquisition.

That being said, we have organized ourselves to avoid certain bottlenecks, overcapacity / undercapacity rooms, by timing our projects over 2 to 3 weeks, and by assessing skills every weekend.

Skillpilot provides us with very detailed monitoring of the development of our young people, with their skills passport, and a very precise vision of their situation, presence, etc."
